Environment

• JIRA Cloud version 7.0.0-OD-07-011
• IE10
• Java 1.7.0_75-b13

Steps to Reproduce

1. Capture Screenshot to Clipboard (ALT+PRINTSCREEN )
2. CTRL + V to issue

Expected Results

Screenshot attached to issue

Actual Results

You need to install Java to be able to attach screenshots via Ctrl+V message pops-up

Workaround

• Attach files (More > Attach Files)

Browser compatibility notes: If you are using Internet Explorer versions 8-10, the computer you are using will need to be running Java version 1.7+ platform. If you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 11, the screenshot capability takes advantage of HTML5 compatibility. Safari is not supported.
