Using jira cloud, recently, tooltips have starting showing up.
Unfortunately, they remain in place forever, often coney zero informaiton and are quite annoying as they hide what's behind.

The tooltip appears. It remains there forever. Switching windows, I somehow managed to have it remain and another one is shown when I select another row.

Expected:
1/ No tooltip at all because really, it's useless. I mean, the name is in hte second column, and I want to see it anyway.
2/ Don't hide what's above. The priority field of the issue just above is partially hidden. If you have to put a tooltip, put it somewhere where it doesn't hide stuff.
3/ Ideally, allow us to not have any of these tooltips anywhere. I just never want to see them anywhere I saw them pop up.
