Summary

When exporting a JIRA issue to a Word document, XML, or printable format, any linked issues linked as web links do not show up.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new issue
2. Link one issue as a relates to issue
3. Link one issue as a web link e.g., from another JIRA instance (different URL)

Expected Results

The export should show all linked issues regardless of how they have been linked

Actual Results

Only internally linked issues will be displayed
Any issues linked as web links will not show up
