"Switch Report" popup menu has incorrect z-order sometimes

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the report section of a project
2. Click on "Switch Report". A popup menu appears where you can select a report
3. Select any report. I selected "Sprint Report"
4. Click on "Switch Report" again.
   >> The popup menu is not showing properly (See attached screenshot)

As a workaround, click on "Reports" again.

I am using Chrome 49 on Mac OS X 10.11.4. I am using JIRA Cloud, not sure what version it is running currently, I will assume 7.1.4 since that is the current most recent release.
