Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in
2. Open a ticket
3. Select the Description field to edit it
4. Enter a line a text en below a bullet list (with "*" or "-" as markup)
5. Check the preview => the bullet list is directly under the text, no spacing
6. Save the description => there is now extra space between the text and the bullet list

Problem: the extra space impairs the readability of the text, especially when it contains a mix of paragraphs and bullet lists.

Expected result: the bullet list should be directly under the text, without spacing, just the way it is rendered as preview.
