Summary

Some feature of JIRA Cloud is not functioning on Firefox such as Top Navigator Bar, view issue via Issue Navigator ('Search for issues' page) and update issues.

NOTE: It only happens to certain cloud instances, if you are unsure whether you are affected or not, please contact support

Environment

• JIRA Cloud
• Mozilla Firefox 47.0.1
• Mozilla Firefox 47.0
• Mozilla Firefox 4.0

Steps to Reproduce

• Log into JIRA via Mozilla Firefox 47.0.1
  1. Click on any Dashboard/Project/Issues buttons
  2. Go to Issue Navigator via https://example.atlassian.net/issues/?jql= to view the issues
  3. Update or add a comment to the ticket

Expected Results

All the fuctions mentioned above should be working as expected:

1. Drop-down menu should be shown when clicking Dashboard/Project/Issues buttons
2. Issue can be viewed on Issue Navigator
3. Ticket should be updated

Actual Results

1. Drop-down menu is not showing

Notes

This issue is reproducible on IE10

Workaround

Use other browser to access JIRA for the mean time.
