Summary
When trying to save an Announcement Banner using the word r(lower case) + a number, a error message is displayed instead of the Announcement Banner.
Unable to render content due to system error: null

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Cog Icon > System
2. Under User Interface, select Announcement Banner.
3. Try to save the Announcement Banner using the word r1.

Expected result:
You would see the word r1 as Announcement Banner.

Actual Result:
There is a error message Unable to render content due to system error: null instead of the word r1 as Announcement Banner.
