Unable to load JIRA attachment

Users are not able to load JIRA attachment, the page keep spinning There is a Javascript error on the console:

Uncaught Error: jira/fileviewer/module-backend/asynchronous missing ajs
batch.js?atlassian.aui.raphael.disabled=true&locale=en-US:9

The reason for this is disabled Hipchat for JIRA plugin - or rather the fact that we deployed code that depends on front end component ('ajs') provided by that plugin in other place (file viewer) - and because of that file preview doesn't work with disabled Hipchat for JIRA plugin (which users did disable in past manually, or got disabled by some-other-factor).

Workaround

Load the attachment in a new tab or use the 'Download' Functionality.

Possible manual fix

For some instances it's possible to re-enable HipChat for JIRA plugin. But sometimes it won't start (due to dependencies).
