Summary

When using the External System Import to import issues from a CSV file, the default assignee is not set if a component is filled (the component has a default assignee set up in the project settings).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import a CSV file using the External System Import feature and with a Component filled for the issue.

Expected Results

The Assignee is set to the default assignee to the component when none is specified just like when using the CSV importer from the Issues panel.

Actual Results

Issues are imported but Assignee field is set to Unassigned even though a Component was specified and this component has a default assignee set.

Workaround

Set the Assignee manually or use the other CSV importer (located under the Issues panel in the navigation bar)
