404 Error when attempting to access the Version Panel for Project Releases

Environment

• JIRA Projects Plugin: 4.0.7
• JIRA: 7.1.0-OD-04-012
• ChromeVersion 47.0.2526.106 (64-bit)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Project
2. Naviagte to Release/Version Page
3. Select the Version link
4. You reach a 404 screen

Expected Results

Version page to load with no issues.

Actual Results

1. 404 Oops, you've found a dead link
   

Workaround

None at this time. JIRA Cloud update scheduled for Monday 18th of January that will address the issue
