      Summary

      Issue and project dropdown doesn't display when a ticket is open using firefox 49.0.2

      Environment

      Cloud - JIRA Service Desk Application v3.3.0-OD-1000.653.0

      Cloud - JIRA v1000.552.3

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a service desk/software issue, please open in global issue view
      2. try to open project or issue dropdown from the top menu bar

      Expected Results

      The dropdown should be displayed normally

      Actual Results

      The dropdown not appear
       

      Workaround

      Use other browsers (safari and google chrome works)
