Description
Hello everyone, Richard Cordova from the JIRA team here. Thanks for watching and voting on this ticket.
A fix for this issue was made to JIRA and released in version 1000.621.4 which reached most JIRA instances either on Friday the 16th or Monday the 19th depending on the timing of the release and the various maintenance windows. We believe this has now reached all affected JIRA instances.
There is a parallel issue that affects Confluence with similar symptoms but with a distinct cause. This issue is tracked in CONF-45576. In order to accurately report the status of the two issues this ticket will be resolved. If there continue to be problems with your instance please see that ticket to determine if it applies in your situation. If that ticket is not applicable in your case and the problem listed here is not resolved then please open a support case so that we can examine your instance in greater detail.
Summary
Viewing Gadget in a dashboard is not working properly. When it is recently created, stays blank. Already existing gadget is stucked and we cannot edit it.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a dashboard
- Add a gadget
Ps: this is not happening with all gadgets, just a few of them:

Expected Results
Once we add a gadget we should see the editing option and settings.

The gadgets remain blank
