Dashboard fails to load with error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'left' of null" appears in the browser console

Summary

Sometimes when a user tries to view their dashboards, the dashboard is empty without any configured gadgets displayed. This seems like a regression of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-62035 which is affecting Cloud now.

Environment

• Happens on Chrome and Firefox.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a long list of dashboards with couple of gadgets on each dashboard.
2. Go to the Dashboard page, click on one of the dashboards from the list on the left panel.
3. Scroll on the mouse while the dashboard is loading.

Expected result

The selected dashboard and its gadgets will load properly.

Actual result

• The selected dashboard is empty without any gadgets loaded.
• Error Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'left' of null is observed in the Browser Console

Notes

• Clearing browser cache or reloading the browser helps to bring back the dashboard with all gadgets temporarily
