The search fixVersion is Empty doesn't work

Summary

fixVersion is Empty doesn't return issues without fixVersion that were created while the field fixVersion was hidden

Environment

JIRA v1000.5.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hide fixVersion field
2. Create an issue that doesn't have fixVersion
3. Search for issues with empty fixVersion, the created issue won't be shown

However the steps below works as expected:

1. Create an issue that doesn't have fixVersion
2. Hide fixVersion field
3. Search for issues with empty fixVersion, the created issue will be shown

Expected Results

The issues without fixVersion should be shown.

Actual Results

Issues created without fixVersion that were created while fixVersion was hidden aren't returned by the search

Workaround

On boards that use fixVersion on sub-filter, users can remove it
