Summary

Whenever a new user attempts to sign up within an instance, they run into a “Default Groups” error, preventing them from creating a new user

Environment

• JIRA v 1000.319.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on create new user
2. Open the e-mail and create the account
3. Fill in the Sign-Up details
4. Click on the Sign Up button

Expected Results

The account should be properly created

Actual Results

An Error Prompt appears: “Unable to add access as there are no default groups for JIRA administration”
