JIRA Mail Loop when attachments is over size limit.

Environment

• Secure IMAP Custom Mail Server required
• By default, attachment size limit is 10Mb

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Secure IMAP Mail Server configured (Gmail can be used for testing)
2. Configure a "Issue From Email" handler
3. Send a email to this handler, having a 10mb+ file attached.

Expected Results

• The issue is created but the attachment isn't uploaded to the issue.

Actual Results

JIRA Creates a loop of issues
 

Notes

To stop the mail loop, you might have to delete/move the email manually from the in-box
