      Step to replicate

      1. Access JIRA
      2. Click on "Projects"
      3. Click on "Create Project"
      4. Choose a template
      5. Click on "Next"

      Expected Result

      The following option should be visible:

      Create a Linked: 
Confluence Space

      Actual Result

      No option to create space

      Workaround

      1. Create JIRA project and Confluence
      2. Go to Confluence Space Tools
      3. Link the JIRA project
