Summary

If you add a link that contains a mp4 video to a JIRA issue, you won't be able to load this video by selecting the link via JIRA mobile for IOS, it will open the video player but the option to reproduce it will be disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a JIRA issue
2. Add a link that contains a mp4 video on this JIRA issue.
   • For this specific case, we uploaded a mp4 video in dropbox.com and added the video URL address to the JIRA issue.
3. Open the JIRA issue in your JIRA mobile for IOS.
4. Open the video URL address.

Actual Result

• It displays a gray box and the video is not loaded.

Expected Result

• The video will load.

Workaround

• Copy and paste the URL in your browser.
