Markup truly broken, especially for code

      Now look at the source. That's how broken Jira's markup is. And it's much worse, with many more examples, but I like this one.

      How would I get a backslash immediately followed by a percentage? Is it even possible? In and outside of a code 'tag'?

      Affects EVERY version, not just 7.2.0, but that's mine.
