      When performing a JIRA Cloud Export/Backup to Cloud

      Environment

      • JIRA Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log in as an Administrator
      2. Head to JIRA administration
      3. Go to the backup manager
      4. Click export to cloud

      Expected Results

      Backup is created and downloadable

      Actual Results

      Backup fails with error:

      Export error
javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException - with linked exception: [org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1066; The element type "HR" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "".]
