Fail to link JIRA issue to Confluence Page with Comma (,) in the Title

JIRA is unable to find Confluence Pages with Comma (,) in the Title

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Confluence page with a comma e.g "New , Page"
2. Go to a JIRA issue, try to add a link to the Confluence page "New , Page"

Expected Result

A link to the Confluence page is added

Actual Result

Receive an error : "No Confluence page found with the given URL."
