      Summary

      JIRA takes a few minutes to clone an issue.
      It seems clone actions are now executed via the scheduler, which can get held up waiting for other operations to complete (sending mails, etc).

      Environment

      JIRA Cloud (JIRA v1000.526.2)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open any issue
      2. Click on ... > Clone > Create

      Expected Results

      The operation should take a few seconds.

      Actual Results

      It takes several minutes to have the clone created. No error on logs/UI
