Summary

When editing the global time tracking, it sticks. However when clicking on "Edit Global settings" it shows something else than the current setting.

Environment

• Cloud - JIRA v1000.610.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the cog icon at the top right > select issues.
2. On the left menu, click on Time Tracking
3. In the option "Default unit for time tracking" it will be showing "day" for example, click edit global settings

Expected Results

In default unit it should show Day.

Actual Results

The default unit is showing Minute.
