Summary

The option to export to Excel in a CSV format is missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Perform a JIRA Issue Search
2. Configure custom Columns and Column Order
3. Export Issues to CSV using Export > Excel (CSV, Current Fields) or Excel (CSV, All Fields)

Expected Results

The option should be available.

Actual Results

There are no options.

Notes

• Appears that the Excel (CSV) Export options were added in April 19th but listed as a Service Desk Feature: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/What's+New#What'sNew-servicedesk

• It worked on verison 1000.25.1 Cloud.

Workaround

Use the Excel (HTML, Current Fields) or Excel (HTML, All Fields) export instead.

Be aware of the following:

• Fields that only export to Excel HTML has:
  Affects Version/s, Components, images, labels, progress, and sub-tasks

• Fields that only export to Excel CSV has:
  comment, issue id, parent id, project description, project key, project lead, project type
