Summary

Opening an attachment in a new tab/window starts the file download

Environment

JIRA v1000.670.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue
2. Add an attachment
   • Some attachments cannot be previwed so you can test a .jpg file
3. Click on the attachment
   • It can be viewed without download
4. Right-click on the attachment and open it in a new tab
   • The file won't be shown and its download will start

Expected Results

The file is shown in a new tab

Actual Results

The download of the file starts

Notes

This is occurring for multiple file types – jpg, png, mov, mp4, and probably more.
