Learn more link on Components screen is undefined

      Hello Kevin,

      This is fixed. The learn more link navigates to the correct page now.

      If the user navigates to Project settings > Components, and there aren't any components in their project yet, the Learn more link that is displayed is undefined. 

      For cloud instances, the link should be pointing to Managing components in CAC. There is an equivalent CAC page for each server version too.
