Problem Definition

If the attachment file name is too large, when selecting the attachment to add in the comment, the full name of the file isn't displayed.

Suggested Solution

Show the full name of the file directly, or when performing a mouse hover.

Why this is important

It will make easier to add the correct attachment as it will be able to see the name directly in the comment tab, instead of having go to the issue's attachment and check the full name of the desired attachment.
