JIRA outgoing mail servers blacklisted on certain SPAM blocklists

Summary

Emails from JIRA platform are being rejected because the JIRA sending mail server has been blacklisted. Such SPAM blocklists include:

• SORBS

Ask your email/security administrator to track incoming emails from JIRA. If affected, your mail filtering/service logs will confirm that emails from JIRA are being rejected for reasons related to blacklisting.

Example: 

The way this information is displayed varies, but the log description should read similar to "IP Found in RBL".
