JDOG in German - JIM has not German translations.
This is odd because JIM is bundled which means that it's message files were supplied to NZTC for translation.
Looking in TAC you also see translations - https://translations.atlassian.com/dashboard/translate?lang=de_DE#/11/4111/0/ALL/ALL/jira-importer-plugin
However they are not appearing on the JIM pages....
The same can be repeated on BTF instance.
In JIM project there are translation files that are incomplete.
I believe that JIRA is loading TAC and than loading those files from JIM.
Because those local files are incomplete it overrides some translations with default (English) ones.
It may be that removing all translations from JIM project will help (except English of course)
