As someone importing I want to be able to include issue history in CSV format

      Problem Definition

      Currently the CSV import does not allow for importing issue history.

      There are various use cases where issue history is important. For eg:

      • Audit purposes.
      • Used in Jira reports, such as "time-in-status".

      Suggested Solution

      Provide functionality to allow importing of issue history.

      Workaround

      As detailed in Importing data from JSON, it is possible to import history using the JSON import.
