      As an admin, we would like the ability to give non admins permission to import Comments on issues created through the non admin CSV import. Currently,

      The non-admin CSV Importer allows only fields that are available in the Create Issue Screen connected to the destination project.

      the issue with this is that non admins don't have the ability to add comment body to the create issue screen.
