      If you are unable to view the Import and Export system options to your site, you may be impacted by upgrades to Atlassian cloud infrastructure

      If you've come across this, watch this ticket to be updated when Import and Export functionality will be available on your existing site

            The import functionality is available, you can access this functionality in your JIRA instance via the Settings > System > External System Import. Backup Manager is not yet available. Please log an issue at https://getsupport.atlassian.com if you're still encountering problems.

            This issue re-opened. Some customers may be unable to import to or export from their instance. This should be resolved in the next week or two. If this is an issue for you please contact our support at getsupport.atlassian.com and we will be able to enable this on your site
