Header menu do not work on view issue page on Firefox 50.1 or above

      Summary

      The problem was reported on Firefox 50.1.0. I was also able to reproduce it on Firefox 51.0.1. The header menu on the application header doesn't come down if resolution.

      Environment

      Cloud - JIRA v1000.747.1
      Firefox - 50.1.0 / 51.0.1

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On the view issue screen, click Boards or any header menu

      Expected Results

      The dropdown works as it does if not under the described configuration.

      Actual Results

      The menu doesn't work.

      Notes

      Checking console panel, the requests are sent with status 200.
