As a JIRA applications administrator, I would like to be able to translate fields and descriptions on the Field Configuration level

      Problem Definition

      It is currently not possible to translate custom field descriptions or names on Field Configurations.

      Suggested Solution

      Since field configurations allow users to add different descriptions than the custom field original descriptions, it would be great to be able to translate them, as well as the custom field name.
