      Issue Summary

Users would like to have columns showing the date a project and users were created in their JIRA instance(directly from the JIRA UI) due to Governmental requirement to have data stored for 10 years.

      Expected Behavior

The creation date of projects would appear on the Admin > Project page and something similar should appear in the Admin > User Management page to allow administrators know the exact date a project or user was created in JIRA directly from the UI.

      Actual

At the moment, the user would need to dig this information from their JIRA database as we do not feature it within our JIRA UI.

      Workaround

For users, you can Export users from your site and the CSV file contains and "Added to org" column.

[JRACLOUD-63660] Add Project and User Creation Dates to JIRA UI

Would be really good to have in UI as we are trying to move away from TM project to CM project, where create date (of TM projects) is one important element for us to consider.
