Allow more than 10 issues to be displayed on the search dialog from the Link Issue dialog

      Problem Definition

      Issue search dialog for the Issue Link functionality only shows 10 issues.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement customization options to allow more issues to be returned from the search, as well as being able to paginate between them, just like the View issues screen behaves today.

      Why this is important

      On instances with a large number of issues it is difficult to find an issue from this dialog since you can view only 10 results for each search attempt.
