Provide a free form text gadget

      There are many times when I add a gadget (like  JIRA table or pie chart) but I need to add some notes to that to ensure that people viewing that Dashboard understand a few things about the charts. It would be great to have a gadget that allowed me to enter text so I can added those necessary notes.
