Provide "Parent task column" in Issue Navigator

      Problem Description

      It's possible to show the Subtasks column in Issue Navigator to show list of Subtasks belong to an issue. However, there is no Parent Column to show the other way around.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide "Parent task column" in Issue Navigator.
