JIRA CSV Export does not provide user name

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In JIRA 7.2 the option to export to Excel was removed.

      With excel export, any "User" type fields would show the user's Name.
      With CSV export, only the UserID shows up.

      Please provide a method to get the User name in any "User" type field.
