Allow customisation of width of Project list dropdown

      Currently, the dropdown list under 'Projects' has a fixed width, which cannot accomodate for longer project names. As an administrator, I think it would be useful if we could either allow for this to be customisable, or to have it automatically set based on the length of a project name.
