Allow setting default view for project summary page

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      Currently in JIRA project the Summary page is in "Activity" view each time when user opens that page. There is a “Switch view” menu for changing to the "Statistics" view.
      However there is no option to set the "Statistics" view as the default view for Summary page.

      Suggested Solution

      Add an option to set the default view for Summary page.
