      Problem Definition

      As explained in the following KB: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-fix-gadget-titles-showing-as-__msg_gadget-813697086.html, the way the gadgets are processed in JIRA has changed for improved performance. However, this has lead to issues other network issues that customers may have on their network due to JIRA not being able to communicate to itself.

      Suggested Solution

      Give the admins the abilility to configure the processinfg method to either the old, server side processing or the new method where the gadgets are processed on the client side with improved performance.
