Summary

Dropdown menu is blurry when the browser zoom is not at 100%.

Environment

Steps to Reproduce

• Using Google Chrome, change the zoom level by pressing CTRL+Scroll. Ensure that it is not at 100%.
• Go to a page which has a dropdown menu. For example, on the View Issue screen, click on the "Admin" button.
  

Expected Results

We can view the dropdown menu clearly in Chrome.

Actual Results

The menu dropdown appears blurry.
