Learn more link in project components is broken

      Summary

      Learn more link in project components is broken.

      Environment

      This problem occurred on both of server and cloud.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Project settings > Components
      2. Click "Learn more" link

      Expected Results

      It should navigate us to the manual page.

      Actual Results

      An error "Project tab 'undefined' does not exist." was shown.
      URL of the error page is like <BASE_URL>/plugins/servlet/project-config/<PROJECT_NAME>/undefined.
