CSV export should also include SLA field values

      Summary

      Previously, it is possible to also export SLA values from the results returned in the issue navigator. Currently this is no longer possible with the new 'Export Excel CSV'. Since the CSV importer no longer imports SLA, the CSV export no longer returns SLA as well.

      The 'Export HTML Report' is still returning the SLA fields as well. So with that said, it will be great if the new 'Export CSV' is also exporting the SLA values as well.
