Unable to translate "Collect Browser Info" check box in Issue Collector

Summary

When users is using custom template Issue Collector, it is possible to change the labels so that they don't reflect to JIRA default language settings. With the recent update, Issue collector has a new checkbox to prompt user to collect browser info and it seems to be hard coded hence it's not possible to change this field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom Issue Collector
2. Change all labels to other language

Actual Result

"Collect Browser Info" is not updated with the new label.

Expected Result

"Collect Browser Info" is updated with the new label.
