We are running Service Desk as a standalone instance. We created an application link from Service Desk to the existing JIRA Agile Server. Developers use JIRA Agile project to handle bugfix. We wish we can create a linked issue from Service Desk instance to developers' projects in JIRA Agile Server. For now, we have to create issue in JIRA agile first then links it back to Service Desk. If we can "Create Linked Issue" across Application Links that will save us lots of work.
