Currently, when setting up a Password Policy, there's no way to set up different policies for different user groups.

Suggested Solution

 
Allow an option to set up different Password Policies for different user groups. As an exmaple, I could have different requirements for users that acces the application from whitin the same network versus for users that access JIRA from and external source.
