Make projectKeys available to the AJS.params on the issue view screen

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      I have custom code that works on edit and transition screens. The code needs to know what the project is but the AJS.params.projectKeys is not there on the view screen. I see the projectKeys when clicking on Create but not in the issue.

      When working on an issue, the project key should be made available in JS.
