Javascript error when Notification Event name contains quotes

      This prevents the plugin JS from loading, which means the plugin stops working entirely. This includes:

      • The menu items in the 'More Actions' menu on the view issue page
      • The menu items in the cog menu in the issue navigator
      • The admin pages: Permission Helper and Notification Helper
